Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms, stems removed and reserved
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Finely chop the mushroom stems.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped mushroom stems, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
