Ingredients
- 8 ripe plums
- 100g almond meal
- 50g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
- Pit the plums and cut a small portion off the bottom to create a flat surface for them to stand on.
- In a bowl, mix the almond meal, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Stuff each plum with the almond mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the stuffed plums and drizzle with olive oil.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the plums are tender and the top is golden brown.
