Ingredients
- 2 cups grated taro
- 1/2 cup coconut milk

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the grated taro, coconut milk, flour, sugar, and salt. Mix well to form a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the taro batter and carefully drop them into the hot oil.
- Fry the fritters for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
