Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
