Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  3. In a large baking dish, arrange the sliced potatoes, onions, and minced garlic.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken thighs on top of the potato mixture.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil and chicken broth over the chicken and potatoes.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and the potatoes are tender.
