Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 2 dried red chilies
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  3. Add the cooked rice to the tamarind mixture and mix well until the rice is coated evenly.
  4. Remove from heat and serve hot.
