Ingredients
- 2 lbs octopus, cleaned and tenderized
- 1 pineapple, peeled and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced

- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside to let the flavors meld.
- Brush the tenderized octopus with the remaining olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the octopus for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until charred and cooked through.
- Once the octopus is cooked, transfer it to a cutting board and slice it into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve the grilled octopus with the pineapple salsa on top.
