Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for whipped cream)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a trifle dish.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Layer the pumpkin cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crust in the trifle dish, followed by a layer of whipped cream. Repeat layers as desired, ending with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
