Pumpkin Flower Fritters (kakharu Phula Bhaja)

Ingredients

  • 10-12 fresh pumpkin flowers
  • 1 cup gram flour (besan)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
