Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the grated pumpkin, chopped walnuts, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Place one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush it with melted butter. Repeat with 5 more sheets, layering each one on top of the other.
