Ingredients

  • 2 packs of naengmyeon noodles
  • 4 cups of beef broth
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 pear, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices of boiled beef brisket
  • Ice cubes
  • Vinegar
  • Mustard sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil the naengmyeon noodles according to the package instructions, then rinse with cold water and drain.
  2. Divide the noodles into serving bowls and pour the beef broth over them.
  3. Add the sliced hard-boiled eggs, julienned cucumber, and thinly sliced pear on top of the noodles.
  4. Place a slice of boiled beef brisket on each bowl.

  6. Serve with vinegar and mustard sauce on the side.
