Ingredients
- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, sliced into rectangles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Place the sliced tofu in a single layer in a non-stick pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and green onion.
- Pour the sauce over the tofu slices and add water to the pan.
- Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the tofu is heated through.
