Ingredients
- 4 mackerel fillets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, sugar, and black pepper in a bowl to make the marinade.
- Place the mackerel fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the marinated mackerel fillets in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
