Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely chopped naengi (shepherd's purse)
  • 1 cup ground pork
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package round dumpling wrappers
  • Water for sealing dumplings

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the chopped naengi, ground pork, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place a small amount of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and pleat to seal the dumplings.
  4. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then add the dumplings and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
  5. Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and serve hot.
