Ingredients

  • 1 whole fish (such as sea bass or trout), cleaned and scaled

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 red chili, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut slits on both sides of the fish and place the sliced onions, garlic, and ginger inside the cavity.
