Ingredients
- 500g reindeer meat, cubed
- 3 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the reindeer meat over medium heat.
- Add the onions and cook until translucent.
