Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh Arctic salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Gently fold in the beaten eggs until the mixture holds together.
  3. Form the mixture into 8 patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
