Ingredients
- 1 lb Arctic char, skinless and boneless
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Finely dice the Arctic char and place it in a mixing bowl.
- Add the shallots, capers, and dill to the bowl with the char.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Pour this dressing over the char mixture.
- Gently toss the ingredients together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the tartare among serving plates and serve immediately.
