Ingredients

  • 1 lb Arctic char, skinless and boneless
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the Arctic char and place it in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the shallots, capers, and dill to the bowl with the char.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Pour this dressing over the char mixture.
