Qangiq Bison Tacos (snowy Bison Tacos)

Ingredients
- 1 lb bison meat, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Add the bison meat and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in the ground coriander, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of the bison mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped cilantro.
- Serve the Qangiq Bison Tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the tacos.
