Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup blueberry jam
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the freezer while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries and blueberry jam into the cream cheese mixture.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the filling over the chilled crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Freeze the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Before serving, let the cheesecake sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. Release the springform pan and transfer the cheesecake to a serving plate.
