Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  6. Freeze the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  7. Before serving, let the cheesecake sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. Release the springform pan and transfer the cheesecake to a serving plate.
