Ingredients
- 1 pound ground caribou meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground caribou meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano until well combined.
