Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the cauliflower florets and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
