Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and thyme until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a small sausage-like cylinder around a skewer.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  4. Grill the qebapa skewers for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and slightly charred.
  5. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
