Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced onion and cook until translucent.
- Add the julienned carrots, sliced red bell pepper, snap peas, and broccoli florets to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
- Pour the sauce over the stir-fried vegetables and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
