Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 cups chicken or beef broth
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
