Ingredients
- 4 quails, cleaned and halved
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the quail pieces to the pot and brown on all sides.
- Pour in the chicken broth, cover the pot, and simmer for 30 minutes or until the quail is fully cooked.
