Ingredients
- 500g Quark (German-style fresh cheese)
- 100g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the Quark, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Beat the eggs and add them to the Quark mixture, stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
- Gently fold the flour mixture into the Quark mixture until a smooth batter forms.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pot or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
