  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and gradually stir in the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, green chilies, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the queso is heated through and well combined.
