Ingredients

  • 1 whole mutton, cleaned and gutted
  • 2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 4-5 skewers

Instructions

  1. Make deep cuts in the mutton and rub it with red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, yogurt, lemon juice, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Skewer the marinated mutton and cook it over a low flame, turning occasionally, until it is tender and cooked through.
  3. Once cooked, serve the Quetta Mutton Sajji hot with naan or rice.
