Ingredients
- 250g egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 200g firm tofu, cubed
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Push the vegetables to the side of the pan and add the cubed tofu. Cook until lightly browned.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the vegetables and tofu in the pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Pour the sauce over the noodle mixture and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
