Ingredients
- 1 whole rabbit, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the rabbit pieces and brown on all sides, then remove from the pot and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Return the browned rabbit pieces to the pot and pour in the chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, or until the rabbit is tender.
