Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1/2 lb Hungarian sausage, sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the sliced potatoes in salted water until just tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish, followed by half of the sliced eggs and half of the sausage.
- Pour half of the sour cream mixture over the layers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, eggs, and sausage, then pour the remaining sour cream mixture on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are cooked through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
