Ramen Bomb
Ramen bomb is a fusion dish that combines the flavors of various cuisines into a delicious and satisfying meal. This recipe is a quick and easy way to enjoy a flavorful bowl of ramen with a unique twist.
Ingredients
- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
Instructions
- Boil the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and carefully add the eggs. Boil for 7 minutes for a soft-boiled egg or 10 minutes for a hard-boiled egg. Remove the eggs and place them in cold water to stop the cooking process. Peel and set aside.
- In the same pot used for boiling the eggs, cook the mixed vegetables until they are tender. Drain and set aside.
- Divide the cooked ramen noodles into two bowls. Top each bowl with the cooked vegetables, chopped green onions, and bacon.
- Slice the boiled eggs in half and place them on top of the noodles.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes. Drizzle the sauce over the ramen bowls.
