Ramen Bomb

Ingredients

  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Boil the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and carefully add the eggs. Boil for 7 minutes for a soft-boiled egg or 10 minutes for a hard-boiled egg. Remove the eggs and place them in cold water to stop the cooking process. Peel and set aside.
  3. In the same pot used for boiling the eggs, cook the mixed vegetables until they are tender. Drain and set aside.
  4. Divide the cooked ramen noodles into two bowls. Top each bowl with the cooked vegetables, chopped green onions, and bacon.
  5. Slice the boiled eggs in half and place them on top of the noodles.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes. Drizzle the sauce over the ramen bowls.
