  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

  3. While the patties are cooking, fry the eggs sunny-side up in a separate pan.
  4. Assemble the ramen burgers by placing a slice of cheese on each burger patty and melting it under a broiler. Then, place the cooked ramen noodles on the bottom half of each burger bun, followed by the burger patty with melted cheese, shredded cabbage, a drizzle of teriyaki sauce, a fried egg, a dollop of mayonnaise, sliced green onions, and pickled ginger. Top with the other half of the burger bun.
