Ingredients
- 500g minced mutton
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together minced mutton, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, fresh coriander, fresh mint leaves, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them onto skewers to form kebabs.
- Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat and cook the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
- Remove from the pan and serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
