Rampur Ke Seekh Kebab (रामपुर के सीख कबाब)

Ingredients

  • 500g minced mutton
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together minced mutton, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, fresh coriander, fresh mint leaves, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them onto skewers to form kebabs.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat and cook the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove from the pan and serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
