Ranau Corn Fritters

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the fresh corn kernels, all-purpose flour, cornmeal, chopped spring onions, grated cheddar cheese, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
