Ingredients
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 1 cup of cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 cup of diced pineapple
- 1 cup of black beans
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup of diced red onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped jalapenos
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the shredded chicken, diced pineapple, black beans, and mozzarella cheese over the chips.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
