Ingredients

  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 1 cup of cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 cup of diced pineapple
  • 1 cup of black beans
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup of diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup of chopped jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded chicken, diced pineapple, black beans, and mozzarella cheese over the chips.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
