Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and pineapple juice to create the marinade.
  3. Place the ribs in a large baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
  5. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes, basting the ribs with the marinade every 10 minutes.
  6. Once the ribs are tender and caramelized, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
