Ingredients

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4 cup rosewater
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the semolina, sugar, yogurt, vegetable oil, pistachios, rosewater, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
