Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the eggs. Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface until smooth. Wrap in plastic and let rest for 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, ground beef, tomato sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, and salt.
- Roll out the dough into thin sheets and place small spoonfuls of the filling along the length of the sheet, leaving space between each spoonful. Fold the dough over the filling and press to seal. Cut into individual ravioli with a cutter or knife.
