Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the almonds until finely ground.
- Add the dates, coconut, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt to the food processor. Process until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky dough.
