Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups raw almonds
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the raw almonds until finely ground.
- Add the pitted dates and continue to pulse until the mixture sticks together.
- Press the almond-date mixture into the bottom of a tart pan to form the crust.
