Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh raw fish fillets, such as tuna or snapper
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the lime juice and lemon juice.
- Cut the fish into small cubes and place them in the citrus juice mixture. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
