Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh fish fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup coconut milk

- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the fish, lime juice, and lemon juice. Make sure the fish is fully submerged in the citrus juices. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- After marinating, drain the excess citrus juices from the fish.
- Add the coconut milk, red onion, cucumber, tomato, and cilantro to the fish. Gently toss to combine all the ingredients.
