Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 2 green apples, cored and chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Wash the spinach and parsley thoroughly.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- If the juice is too thick, add more water and blend again.
- Strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
