Raw Green Goddess Juice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 2 green apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach and parsley thoroughly.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. If the juice is too thick, add more water and blend again.
  5. Strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp.
  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
