Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean beef, finely minced
  • 1 cup fine bulgur

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the bulgur in water for 15 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the minced beef, soaked bulgur, chopped onion, mint, allspice, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a serving platter and spread it out evenly.
  4. Using a fork, create a decorative pattern on the surface of the kibbeh.
  5. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil before serving.
