Ingredients

  • 2 raw mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2-3 green chilies, slit
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add cumin seeds and green chilies.
  2. Add diced raw mangoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add grated coconut and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with roti or rice.
