Ingredients
- 2 raw mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2-3 green chilies, slit
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add cumin seeds and green chilies.
- Add diced raw mangoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add grated coconut and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with roti or rice.
