Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh tuna, cubed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 cups cooked white rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the cubed tuna, green onions, and avocado to the bowl. Gently toss to coat the tuna and avocado in the marinade.
- Chill the tuna mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle the tuna poke with sesame seeds before serving over cooked white rice.
