Raw Vegetable Nori Rolls

Ingredients

  • 4 nori seaweed sheets

  • 1/2 cup sprouts (such as alfalfa or broccoli)
  • 1/4 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup hummus or tahini

Instructions

  1. Lay a nori sheet on a clean, dry surface.
  2. Spread a thin layer of hummus or tahini over the nori sheet.
  3. Arrange a small handful of each vegetable and avocado slices in the center of the nori sheet.
