Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the walnuts until finely chopped.
- Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt to the food processor and pulse to combine.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the tamari, olive oil, and water. Pour over the walnut mixture and stir to combine.
- To assemble the wraps, spoon the walnut mixture onto each lettuce leaf and top with tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and avocado.
